About Us
What We Do & Why We Do It
Our FREE English lessons were started by volunteers who had the following intention. We want to offer dignity and human flourishing for everyone, no matter race, gender or creed. We believe in the life, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and His generous gift of abundant life, that we desire to share with everyone who is open to receive it. We believe that Christ has come that all might have “life and that life more abundantly.” (John 10:10) and that we are to share in abundance to all.
With this in mind, we offer conversational needs informed English Second Language Lessons. In addition we also offer Bible Study based on the conversational nature of Discovery Bible Study and native language literacy, when available.

What We Offer
It is with great joy that we offer English Needs Based Conversation Classes and Discover Bible Study English Lesson Classes FREE OF CHARGE. Since our classes & other programs are geared toward conversational English, beginning students with no prior English ability may wish to first attend a beginning ESL class to learn some of the basics.
We do ask for advance registration, for our Needs Based Classes, however if unable to do so, one is not required for our classes, but when we offer Zoom classes and you would like to participate you will need to contact the facilitator of that class to get the link.
To participate in our Discovery Bible Study programs, advanced registration is required so that we can match you with a partner/group.

Who We are
Our R.E.A.D.D Team is made up of instructors from different churches in the Snohomish County and Greater Puget Sound area, who believe in Christian dignity and human flourshing. We offer Needs based in person English Language classes. Our instructors also offer short term online classes when available. In addition to our R.E.A.D.D instructors, we have amazing volunteer tutors who work with students in each class – giving them opportunities to speak English in a smaller group or one-on-one.
